Batch ‘Elsie’ The Nitro Milk Stout

Batch 'Elsie' The Nitro Milk Stout

Elsie is made by combining unfermentable lactose with a malt bill so complex the brewers refer to it as their ‘kitchen sink beer’. The result is a beer that’s sweet and smooth and dark and roasty, with gentle touches of chocolate, coffee and cream. Served on nitrogen at the bar, but conditioned for the can, allowing yeast to naturally carbonate the stout for an incredibly thick and smooth texture. She’s so tasty, you’ll believe cows really can jump over the moon!

Batch Pash The Magic Dragon Fruit Sour

Batch Pash The Magic Dragon Fruit Sour

The name hints at what’s inside the tinnies, with passionfruit and dragon fruit in such volumes that you’re left with a beverage that’s
as close to a fruit juice as it is a beer. Pinky-orange in hue, it’s lighter on the palate than those big tropical aromas might have you expecting and bids farewell with a dry, acidic and faintly funky finish.
